Maintance is bad..for name only its luxury appartments.
I've lived here for about a year. The apartment units are very spacious (we have a 2-bedroom). There's a den also that can serve as a home office. We use the den for that purpose, as well as to store items because it's a large space. There's a balcony with enough space for two or three chairs. The units also have a large laundry room with shelving for additional storage. And, there's a small pantry for storing food. I like the layout of the entire complex. The parking spaces are large enough for a pickup/SUV. They plow the area very well after snow storms (You still need a shovel to clean the space between your car and the next one).
I've had all my maintenance issues resolved quickly and professionally.
School buses comes to the front of the community. Kids here go to Eisenhower, Arbor, and Schor/Quibbletown.
They allow pets, which is a huge bonus. There's a path around the place to walk, bike, or run. And there's a park nearby. It doesn't get crowded on the main road either (New Brunswick Ave.).
I am happy living here.
