Glen Eyre Apartments

We enjoy living at Glen Eyre. We feel safe and secure here. The apartment has large windows that let in a lot of light. We love having a garage, and there is adequate storage space. The kitchen is a delight to work in, for there is plenty of counter space, and there is more cabinet space than many private homes. The staff responds quickly to any concerns we voice. Snow removal was promptly done this past winter, and the landscaping company keeps the grounds looking lovely.

This complex is clean, quiet, secure, and energy efficient. Management is personable and responsive. Common areas are beautifully appointed and maintained.

I recommend living here. The apartments are beautiful, well insulated, and energy efficient. The neighborhood is peaceful. The manager, Cali, is very approachable and willing to listen to tenets' concerns. The complex provides amenities like an office, gym, games room, and pool

We moved into Glen Eyre several years ago and we loved the place. Great upkeep, friendly neighbors, and safety were what kept us there. Since AJH management took over in early 2019, things have taken a turn to the negative. The landscaping has not been maintained and people were permitted, unchecked, to speed through the complex. The leasing office staff is totally unresponsive and claims "that's to be expected" with a transition in management. They claim they were given no information other than leases - very hard to believe in the sale of a multi-million dollar complex. It took months to get our lease renewal and instructions on how to move out. They say they don't do move out inspections anymore - not typical in this industry. Very disappointing. Very glad we left when we did.

I was one of the first to rent in this complex. It was wonderful when I first moved in and then about 2 years ago started to go downhill. Finding out they were offering some deals on rent and leases and not others. Rent going up every renewal and not just a little. There was a sudden takeover by AJH management and we were not notified...then things got really bad. The leasing agent named Amy is the most unprofessional I have seen. it may look nice but it's NOT!!!
