We enjoy living at Glen Eyre. We feel safe and secure here. The apartment has large windows that let in a lot of light. We love having a garage, and there is adequate storage space. The kitchen is a delight to work in, for there is plenty of counter space, and there is more cabinet space than many private homes. The staff responds quickly to any concerns we voice. Snow removal was promptly done this past winter, and the landscaping company keeps the grounds looking lovely.
This complex is clean, quiet, secure, and energy efficient. Management is personable and responsive. Common areas are beautifully appointed and maintained.
I lived in this apartments in Pine Hill NJ for 6 years and maintained the unit well but when leaving the only mistake I did was not having done the move out inspection physically; relied on Gleneyre people but it turned out to be biggest mistake I have ever done as they charged me $1050 as move out charges for cooking odor $700 stains $200 and for cleaning of microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, stove and bath room is $150. I'm sure there were no stains in home or cooking odor as we have maintained it very well and clean all the time. I couldnt believe the management for charging me a bomb of $1050 even after living there for 6 years; this is so cheap to rob money from a valued and long term tenants like me.
Be careful with the move out inspections and be there can't trust them.
