Constant maintenance issues that they just slap a bandaid on until next time. Example: CO alarm going off, no concern that there actually could be CO in our apartment they just keep changing the batteries and device... maybe thats not the problem? Also the ceiling leaks, when I rains the water leaks under the door, constantly without hot water... the list goes on. They dont care about their residents.

Our air conditioner broke on us 9 times and they make us act like we are stupid and wont replace it. Theyve been putting a bandaid on it for 2 years. $350 electric bill for two straight months in a small one bedroom apartment. If someone breathes the floors above you creek. Good luck sleeping. Took them 3 months to get rid of down trees. A million mosquito infested place. Maintenance wont help with anything and treats you horribly. Everything keeps breaking. Getting out ASAP. Stay away!

I met a lot of customers that have rented at Rachel gardens they say they are happy and there rent is quite reasonable

My experience could not be any better... from the mom my I saw this apartment and made a commitment to move here everyone involved was exceptionally competent and helpful. All new appliances and a wonderful floating wood floor were what greeted me and from move in day on I have been thrilled with my new home. My neighbors are friendly and the pets we have met have been well behaved and I feel very welcomed. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
