Love the new changes that have been getting done with the new managers. Last management company would ignore the issues in my unit and would take forever for someone to come to TRY to fix the issues. I like the fact that the manager is in the office and is willing to sit down and listen if I have any complaints and issues. What a complete turn around.

I live in Japan so did not physically visit the property however,Ms. Maurer has been in contact and provided excellent information and I'm sure when I visit next year she will follow through with a viewing and answer all my questions I may develop in the interim.

Just wanted to give a big shot out and thank you to Duke for coming and fixing my bathroom ceiling Mr Duke is very Respectful and kind he does not leave a job unfinished he is extremely pleasant and knows what he is doing he gets the job done and he make sure all your needs are met I am very grateful with his work thank you very very very much Duke for your time and your hard work

Waterside Village is a big apartments and is fun to meet new friends and new kids.

I can only remark on the photos I just looked at. I like these apartments. I'm serious about this being my home. I am so excited to make a time to visit the apartments. So much to keep you busy, like the pool, play ground, basket ball court, and a dog park.

I think it's a great place to live. Add a problem with the air conditioner and a fixed at A S A P time The manager is great. A real great place to live.
