Tivoli Gardens

My wife, my 7 month old, and myself recently moved in to a renovated apartment here. We have nothing bad to say at all, Elizabeth the one in charge of the whole complex is amazing. Shes very on top of everything and has helped our transition into our first apartment to be smooth and easy. I read some reviews and I believe sometimes people can be too picky. Complaints about bugs, mice, etc. But if you treated your rental apartment like your own and cleaned it and took care of it, a lot of these issues would be minimized. Our living space is very pleasant, I love the quiet, and peace around our particular complex, parking hasnt been an issue at all, our neighbors have all been very kind and helpful.

Do not take apartment here .. full of bed bugs and cockroaches. And full of kids running around its a mess ..

I have been living here for a very long time. The staff is amazing. The apartment sizes are very spacious. Fantastic location, and the schools are amazing.

We have lived here 34 years. Our experience has been very good. The grounds are regularly cared for and it is nice having many trees around. Our superintendent is quick to have things fixed which is a plus. The men that work here are good at what they do and friendly .

The snow is not plowed well; therefore parking can be a nightmare especially in the winter. Easy maintenance problems are fixed quickly but the bigger ones are not dealt with. Outside can be noisy at times. Spacious apartment and safe area.

I'm very happy with management's response when I call regarding any issues within my apartment.
