Maintenance at the James is always responded to in a prompt, professional manor. Armando came to fix our ice maker, he had everything fixed and working again in less then 5 minutes. 5 stars.

We love The James! Whenever we submit a maintenance request, Armando arrives typically within an hour or two to help fix the problem. He is extremely kind and very helpful! The amenities are amazing and the building is beautiful and very clean. We would recommend living here to anyone!

The maintenance team is great - super friendly and reliable! We had a problem in our shower, which seemed like it might be a bigger project at one point that could leave us without a shower for 4-5 days, but the maintenance team quickly found a fast and easy fix! Mike was super helpful over the phone and kept us updated as solutions were brainstormed. Armando was super helpful when he came to make the repair, and explained the solution to us so that we knew what was being done. Overall, a good experience with this team!
