What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Paramus

Neighborhood is older. It does NOT have an HOA, which is a huge plus. No one minds power tool use or the occasional loud party music.

I live just outside the beautiful Tucson Mountain Park. We have abundant wildlife and incredible views of mountains and city lights.

I live in a scenic corridor with several good restaurants, stores nearby, and it is quiet. There are several activities which occur nearby.

What I like most about my neighborhood is that it is quiet, you regularly see wildlife, scenic mountain views, low crime, and can access the freeway.

It's quiet and peaceful. Everything is within 15 minutes of my home. We have lots of sunshine days and clear nights.

i like most the capitalism aspect. many businesses are available to find food, clothing, services and housing. the General population appreciates finer details and sets higher expectations for living standards. although my heart is set on living elsewhere, i enjoy the area and the environment.
