Very good place.
No one responds to emails, voicemails, or anything at all for that matter. We have had several issues within our place and receive no reply, yet they cash our rent checks every month. POOR customer service. All I have seen them fix are heating & cooling or fixing a place up to sell again. Don't waste your time - we can't wait for our lease to be up!!! Also, no dogs are supposed to be allowed now & a new neighbor moved in with one. It NEVER stops barking! So thanks for that one, management.
Dont waste your time lady never gets back to you no one is in the office, it's by appointment only of which you are never able to speak to a person to schedule an appointment, I've left multiple messages this year last year and year before and never hear back...at least just return a call and say you have nothing available!
I really really wanted to check this place out. I know of some people who lived there and really needed the 2b townhouse. I was even optimistic because I went there several times and saw empty apartments. I agree with everyone that you CANNOT get an appointment nor a response to any emails or inquiries through here. Very weird and disappointing. I just don't understand how this place runs.
I'm currently living here with my family, but my S.O. and I have been trying to get our own apartment here for months. Good luck ever getting in touch with them. They do not respond to maintenance issues - the tiles above our tub have been broken for nearly a year now, with water constantly going into the wall. We've left numerous voicemails, sent emails, and even printed the email and left it in their office mailbox. Maybe they want a mold problem which is why they have yet to send someone to fix it, who knows. Trying to rent is absolutely impossible also. The only way to get into the office is by appointment. The door is always locked and the blinds drawn as if they're hiding out in there from all current and potential residents. The only way to get an appointment is by leaving a voicemail, which they NEVER respond to. I guess these people don't want to rent apartments? My word of advice is go somewhere else because you'll never be able to contact these people even if you do magically somehow manage to rent.
