I recently moved out of my apartment here due to a job change, but i wish i hadn't needed to - it was huge living room with a great new kitchen and lots of sun light. the manager was helpful in telling me what to do when i moved out so i wouldnt be charged- but be careful of fees for breaking lease early, it can be expe nsive. overall great place to live and very pretty
I was initially attracted by the renovated apartments and nice appearance online but when I went to visit I had an unpleasant experience with a property manager Sara. I made an appointment but still had to wait to be attended because she was talking to some other employee for 10 minutes. Afterward, I felt rushed when I was looking at the model apartment and when I asked if the price was still the same $1379 as I was given over email, she quickly said: "Yes, yes, it's $1379". I went ahead with the application process although I was still off-put by all the construction going on in the back and I felt they could do a better job maintaining the lawns. I was later assisted by Michelle and told we had to pay a different price AFTER we had been approved and paid the application fee (extra $60 a month difference in rent).
They completely disregarded the email communications I had with them previously and would not budge on the price, not even for $20 less a month. They completely tricked me into paying the $75 application fee and wouldn't even refund me that although it was their mistake to give me the incorrect price. Every communication I had with them after that was disrespectful and completely unprofessional (my partner was cursed at and hung up on). With such unprofessional staff lacking in customer service skills I highly doubt they are attentive to the tenant's needs and am glad we don't live here now.
We ended up getting the same sqft size apartment at a much nicer location not too far away for $1365 and with amenities such as laundry, pool, grills, & gym. Look elsewhere.
dont do it. its a disgusting mess! mice, weird looking roaches, annoying neighbors, i could go on and on. as soon as my lease it up im OUT!
I love my apartment!!! It has a washing machine and stainless steel in the kitchen. Any issues I have are fixed in a day. The managing office is very helpful and always available. I never want to leave!
I great place to live near all amenities necessary to make home a special place. Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. It has a very efficient and almost on-the-spot facilities crew that takes care of repairs and issues pertaining to the apartments and grounds. Overall a friendly, respectful and knowledgeable site management team.
