Colony Oaks Apartments

Pros: washer/dryer, lots of parking, spacious walk-on closet, significant space and balcony. Maintenance is good. Beautiful scenery. Con: management, pricing and noisy neighbors. Apparently having carpet doesn't apply to first floor. The walls tremble from the kids running barefoot on hard wood floors until 12midnight can hear everything in these apartments. I'm looking for another place due to the lack of consideration. Apartments are great but the neighbors are horrible and the trembling of the walls due to the noise I wish I could give it some more stars but this situation has caused major trauma I don't want kids anymore due to chaos and disrespect of these neighbors. The lack of policies within property management neighbors should abide by the rules regardless if they pay rent. And EVERYONE should have carpet to mufgle the noise. I pay to have quiet space to sleep and the multiple families living in a one bedroom below me has made my life difficult. Singles should be separate from families we simply have different lifestyles. I shouldnt suffer lack of sleep because my neighbors doesn't control their kids jumping stomping running all hours of the night. I'm a professional I need to go to work in the morning.

Hi I stayed in Colony Oaks for 2 years between early 2015 until early 2017. The apartments as such is good and decent living, pros include washer/dryer in house and big size living room and bedrooms. The location is prime and all you need for shopping,food, movies etc. are close by ( Costco/Target/Farmer's market/Regal Cinemas, Indian / Asian groceries etc ). Some of the cons I can definitely say is pricing, it's priced little higher, specially 2 bedroom apartments are overpriced and not worth for the money. Second the Management is not good like they won't be nice to people with whatever discussions/things you talk with them. For me they deducted some good money from deposit and put some reasons which they can and not true. So it's not an easy to go management and money minded. If you are Ok to give little overpriced for the pro's I mentioned, this is a good / decent place for living.
