My husband and I have lived in this community for the past 4 years, and we are happy here. The staff has been fantastic; they are friendly, polite, and professional. My maintenance needs are completed within 24 hours. The property overall is always kept clean.

Hi All, We moved to this apartment community about a year ago (in July 2017) and we have absolutely the best things to say about our new home! We love the way Michelle and Aaron run the building, they are always incredibly helpful and are wonderful people. It's close to NYC, has a parking garage, and is just very well managed. We couldn't have asked for a better living environment! Liz and Denis

Avalon North Bergen has offered us a beautiful and spacious apartment to call home. We have not had to sacrifice space or convenience for a reasonable rent, as the Avalon North Bergen offers all of the above. Our move-in process was easy and simple, and to date we have had nothing but great experiences living here.
