The apartment is beautiful. The neighbors are great. The leasing staff and excellent and the concierge is fantastic. However, the building management and maintenance team are non-responsive. Issues simply don't get attended to. It's very disappointing.

Being denied housing by Walker House was the best thing that ever happened to me and my wife. We ended up being approved and bought a 4 bedroom 2 full bath house with backyard and 2 car garage and paying way less to own than renting one of those high priced apartments! Away from the crime, homelessness, Litter, drug addicts and beggars! Thank you Walker House!
