Cost of rent is not worth what you are getting. Trash all over the ground in the dumpster. Pool small. The beautiful photos of the club house are true, but you can only use it during the time the office is open. Gym is really small. My lease is up this year and I am out of here. You have to pay rent, sewage, water, electric, gas and cable. The office staff and the maintenance staff has changed many times.
