Have a mold inspection prior to move in. From all the animals living there urinating and the pipes freezing and breaking leaking inside the walls, MOLD is deep inside the walls. They cover up with paint. This place is falling apart faster than they can fix it. Washers and dryers in apartments dont work forcing you to use the paid machines. This place allows you to smoke in your apartment. So if you dont like smoke smell turn on the airconditioner or heat before your rent apartment they stink! Animals also claw there way into walls at night. Kinda crazy they do nothing to fix. So at night you wonder omg whats in the walls and will it get inside..... real scary place to live.
Lived here for over a year, and it is a constant battle. All of my furniture and clothing smells like smoke from the apartment below us, and the apartment itself constantly smells. The leasing office changed the filters in the vents to deal with this, but it comes through the walls and ceilings so it doesn't. They offered to let us move to an empty apartment for a $600 fee, a higher monthly rent, and an application fee, although I expressed concerns for our health with all the smoke.
Additionally, there are animals living in the walls that scratch like they are trying to break through the walls. I've submitted 3 separate requests to deal with it and it sill happens. (They have fixed other things very quickly though)
The price is way too high for the quality of apartment and there are few amenities.
This is the perfect, quiet place to live. I feel comfortable with my neighbors and I love that Stacey knows my name, and my dog's name. So far, I'm very happy to be here!
I have been here over two years and am very happy to call here my home. Yacoub, Stacy, Fernando and Skip always take a moment to say hello and ask how I am doing when I see them, and not just to me to any tenant they run into. Having friendly staff that work hard to make their tenants happy, that's not something you see in all apartment complexes. From time to time people drive thru here looking around and at least three times now while I am walking my dog I have been stopped to ask my opinion of living here. I am always glad to tell them it's a great place to live.
Friendly neighbors, quiet residential community, easy access to Rt 80 and shopping
