Mt. Arlington Gardens Apartment Homes

Rent is EXTREMELY overpriced for what you get. No amenities. No central A/C, just one underpowered A/C unit in the living room. Walls are VERY thin so you will hear you neighbors when they move about their apartment, especially if you're on the bottom floor. It's horrific. Walls have poorly painted over holes in them, fixtures are dingy and disgusting. Cheap basic looking trash.

Nothing remarkable about this apartments. Looks like the type of place you would live as a struggling recent college graduate. The walls and floors are so thin you hear your neighbor's conversations in your apartment. The floorboards constantly creek in your apartment and above you, whichh you will hear. The walls and ceilings are filled with cracks. The tub, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink would grow pink mold despite being cleaned on a weekly basis. Fixtures are old, dirty, and corroded. Very overpriced starter apartment with no amenities.

Old, worthless, overpriced apartments. Luxury apartment prices for what looks like a ghetto. Fixtures are cruddy and disgusting, particularly in the bathroom. Bathtub needs to be reglazed. The floors creak and the walls are extremely thin. No real amenities offered. Walls and ceilings have cracks in them and the walls look like they were poorly repainted. Overall the apartments look very cheap and basic and are not worth the money. You can find a much better place to live that is in line with or cheaper than what Morgan Properties is asking for this dump.

These apartments have very thin walls and/or very poor soundproofing. I can hear my neighbors walk around their apartment, vacuum, and run the dryer on a daily basis. It's absolutely horrific. I'm constantly aggravated because of this. Apartments are also extremely overpriced for what you actually get. I would never recommend anyone look here.

Look elsewhere. The carpets are old and smelly and they just keep cleaning them instead of replacing. The floor underneath the carpet is uneven and feels like you're going to fall through the floor. The walls and floors are so thin you hear your neighbor's conversations in your apartment. The maintenance team always leaves a mess when they"repair" things. The walls and ceilings are filled with cracks and they "repair" them but never finish the job. The tub was rusting and needed to be reglazed as well as the fixtures being old and corroded. The sink has cracks in it and that faucet needed to be replaced as well. The place needs to be updated fully!

I love Mt. Arlington Gardens! Cannot wait for this weekend to see what our residents will be selling and many other events in the coming months!
