Olde Forge East Townhouses

My apartment is on a corner and over looks Historical Speedwell Village, which is a beautiful setting. I have a lot of room, closets, hardwood floors and a lovely little yard to plant flowers and sit outside.

Don't bother with this place. The appliances are at least 30 yrs old, rusted and non working. They don't replace anything, constantly repairing but never replacing even though the appliances are OLD! The so called "upgraded apts" are upgraded according to the year 2000. Cheap countertops and kitchen floor tile used in the bathroom shower and floors. Hard water. Broken appliances that never get replaced despite increasing your rent every year. Electrical wiring very old, you plug up your iron with another appliance in the same room the breaker trips. The electric bill is extremely high, over $200 a month when you're working all day and not home, how? The electrical wiring needs to be updated as well. The "older apts" have cabinets from the 70s and parquet flooring that's dirty bc it's so old and not maintained. I know it's from the 70s bc my family remembers them from that time. You can't chart 2022/2023 pricing for old, outdated apartments. For some reason this state continues to allow this to happen.

I am not a resident at all, I was trying to become a resident. Online it keeps saying there are townhomes available and everytime I email them they say otherwise. So instead of them updating their information on all websites they just leave it the way it is.

Was not what I was looking for. Garages were not attached, and the units allowed smoking.
