So far I have been impressed with Chancery Square. The leasing office has been very responsive and always willing to answer my questions. The leasing process was super easy too. In addition, the building itself is great in terms of appearance, cleanliness, and noise level. I have barely heard anyone living near me. Upon move in, the apartment was very clean and maintenance even stopped by to check that certain things had been taken care of appropriately prior to my moving in. All in all a positive experience thus far.
Chancery Square is a comfortable home, right in the middle of all that is Morristown. The professional staff makes it a very pleasant experience.
An excellent place to live. The location in superb and the staff are amazing
I would recommend to anyone that is looking to rent in Morristown to take a look at Chancery square. You will not be disappointed.
Overall, it's a good spot to stay. Close to the green and all of Morristown. Office management could improve their mail/package system as it's pretty poor. When negotiation comes about, management tries to dupe you into paying more until you basically say you're going to leave and then will oblige to your request of same rent or minimal increase. Makes me feel I can't trust my building and perceives management as greedy.
