Very professionally run from management to maintenance to security. The apartments are in excellent condition and grounds spotless. This is by far one of the nicer places to live in north Jersey.

I have living here for the better part of 14 years and I have never had any problems with anyone associated with Powder Mill Heights. They have always been courteous. The few request that I have made have been resolved quickly.

When is the pool opening? Residents have gotten NO information!! Covid-19 rules have been relaxed for a long time and yet, the pool remains closed.
