Very professionally run from management to maintenance to security. The apartments are in excellent condition and grounds spotless. This is by far one of the nicer places to live in north Jersey.
I have living here for the better part of 14 years and I have never had any problems with anyone associated with Powder Mill Heights. They have always been courteous. The few request that I have made have been resolved quickly.
When is the pool opening? Residents have gotten NO information!! Covid-19 rules have been relaxed for a long time and yet, the pool remains closed.
Nice in the beginning but everything changes after you move in.
Maintenance very RUDE.
I live here and generally I like it but there are so many issues, it is amazing. For instance, I have complained for two weeks about the two empty bottles of booze and the diaper sitting on the wall in front of building 2000. I called the main office, I went down to the local office and spoke to Charlie, I called the onsite office and spoke to the gal that works there, I called the main office and asked them to tell Scott, the General Mgr and still nothing, no action! The diaper and bottles of booze are still there! I know it sounds hard to believe, but before you rent here, beware, they simply do not care! Why can't anyone throw away the trash? Scott can you answer this question, what is the deal, for $2000 a month, you think this would be no issue
I like it here in general, but it is so poorly managed, I am not sure you can live here?
