The apartment is perfect . I would love to live there, but can not afford the $2600 rent. So disappointed! I could see myself there.... $2300 is my limit. Thank you anyway!

I have lived at the Montclair Gardens apartments for 9 years. It has been a lovely home in downtown Montclair. The building is well maintained; clean and safe. The floral landscaping and outside space is welcoming and creates a special space for community. The Manger, Brittany is wonderful. She is helpful and always available to assist the needs of tenants.
