A safe place to live
The Management and Building Supervisor are great. Most of the neighbors are great, although some are abusive in their requests; ie: doors slam all the time (I can hear them slamming at various times of the day, throughout all parts of the building and do not care; this is apartment living!) and have targeted ME! I'm barely even home! Two in particular on the fourth floor are terrible. Clean building :)
