Cumberland Green is a nice kept up apartment complex. The staff in the office are friendly and return messages in 24 hours. I have not had any problems with maintenance and every time i have had a maintenance problem they were there to fix it. Also the maintenance team is friendly. All the facilities are kept up and nice.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
