totally sad , i have called over and over to the local and head management !!!! I have a neighbor who has loud cars in and out all hours of the night. Sadly its a mechanic shop !!!! Its constant noise , sadly no response
I wasnt allowed to see the unit before lease signing. New carpet installation delayed my move by 4hr. When I arrived, there were ketchup packets, open water bottles, stains on the oven, and urine on the toilet seat. The grout in the bathroom floor tile was crumbling. It took 6 weeks and many inquiries to get it repaired.
The unit was in better condition when I vacated than when I arrived. I was told I could clean the carpet at move out and provide proof to avoid charges for carpet cleaning. I lived in two different units and performed the same carpet cleaning for both. I was not charged for the 1st unit that had a cat living it in it, but got charged $150 for carpet cleaning from the 2nd unit that had no pets. (The carpet was immaculate). Companies have an obligation to clean units between tenants. This should not be placed on a previous tenant if there is no damage to the unit. I was also charged $50 for oven cleaning for the stains that were present at moved in.
I escalated a dispute of the charges over 7 weeks and many phone calls to the Senior VP of Residential Operations. She opened our call with I normally dont make phone calls like this because I dont have time. She said a video of the unit damage is made after move out, then reviewed by corporate. I asked to see the video but was told that it cant be sent out, however I can view the video in the leasing office. I asked why I would do this if I am not getting reimbursed (no response). I then asked to review the move out video from the previous tenant to compare the oven condition, but she said that would not accomplish anything. The phone call was contentious and unprofessional.
I am left with the choice to leave an honest review of how I was taken advantage of and robbed of my money. There have been 4-5 different community managers in the 3 years I lived there, which speaks volumes about employee retention, and morale. I too couldnt work for a company with such corrupt, immoral business practice
My wife and I decided to sell our house in an over 55 community in Whiting NJ and move to the Mays Landing/Atlantic City area. We looked at quite a few apartments in our search until we saw what Evergreen at Timber Glen had to offer!
Beyond the spacious apartment that we rented this is a true community. It starts with the clubhouse, the pool area, weight room, beautiful landscaping, spread out buildings and exceptional concierge service! Communication here is excellent with residents being notified via email of all important events and notices.
The satisfaction of residents is the goal of all of the personnel employed here and it shows in every interaction!
People that have provided this service include Amber in the Leasing Office who we initially contacted and who worked with us step by step in finding the right apartment at the right price. She is a gem and took the time to answer all of our questions. She is also a real trooper, standing out in the road on their breakfast bag giveaway day providing some breakfast treats in a brown bag as one drives out in the morning. I don't know how she keeps that smile on her face that time of day or survives people like myself who are only focused on getting to Starbucks for my first cup of coffee, but thanks! It was really appreciated!
Maintenance - we needed some minor repairs upon moving in and Brian from the Maintenance Department was top notch when it came to clearing up these items. He knows what he is doing and it was done right the first time, on time. The complex has an online maintenance request form that works! Just log into the Evergreen Website and put in the information and it gets taken care of.
The office staff that we have interacted with, which includes Samantha, Janette, and Kim always greet us with a smile and are very professional. They have been instrumental in us finding restaurants, my wife's new hair salon and new nail salon. The consigner service allows you to pick up packages from 7 AM until
Every time we have any issues night or day they are there for us and are very friendly and patient. They take pride in their jobs and taking care of the tenants. That is both the office and maintenence.
When you pass any maintenence men on the road they smile and wave and the grounds are well maintained.Curtis and Brian really stand out in our minds. Also Natalie and Danielle as well as the new girl who went out of her way to help me with a fax to philly. Sorry don't know her name but it was around April 23rd 2018.
I really like living at Evergreen at Timber Glen, but I do have only one concern. The front yard grass has severe spots of brown. These brown spots are all over Falcon Ct. properties in the 30 block. I hope something can be done to return my grass to the lush green it use to be when I first moved in.
