Sucks. Never can get to work if it snows. Cracks in walls like you apartment is going to crumble in the middle of the night. Old appliances you have to beg to get replaced. Garages for $100 filled with mice and raccoons. Supers comments to help us dont know what to tell you

Apartment can get very cold and i have no control over the heat. The laundry room could really use updated machines. The parking lot has a ton of deep potholes.

The Superintendent is very helpful and always there to fix anything. The complex is very quiet.

I absolutely LOVE my home at Chelsea Village. I am a young, single female professional and it was important for me to find an apartment that I'd feel safe in. At Chelsea Village, it is quiet and neighborly. I love the management team here. They are very responsive and easy to work with and even know you by name! (Unlike my previous apartment which was ran by a huge corporation that didn't know or care about you as an individual).
