What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Matawan

Safe neighborhood to live in close to New York or Philadelphia. Can find things to do with children and have nice near by parks and have the Jersey shores.

I like how close my neighborhood is to the high school and the park. its unique because it has a lake not too far from it.my favorite local businesses are Wawa, MJ's, and Starbucks

The neighborhood is very family friendly. Has a pool club and swim team. Many families enjoy using the pool club if they don't have their own

Several strip malls conveniently located in the area with a choice of supermarkets and specialty markets. Also able to find many services ie gas stations, banks.

there really is nothing unique an=bout my neighborhood. there are several good pizza places, diners and fast food places.
