Since I submitted the survey to you, a couple of items have come to my attention that I want to comment on based on recent observations:
1. We have people with dogs from outside the community and patrons from the tavern across Main St using our grounds for unauthorized activities. They do not belong here and we need a management authority figure to control this situation starting with the placement of 'No Trespassing' signs spaced throughout the community.
2. The grounds should be kept tidier, i.e. the grass cut more frequently. My likes and dislikes are: The residents, location, and current value.
The size of the complex.
The mix of people.
The geographic location.
The apartment layout.
The landscaping though would add more bushes.
Proximity to Main Street Marlton.
Excellent location between Main St. and Route 70 in Marlton. All of the people here are very nice, and a majority have little dogs, like myself. Very convenient to all shopping.
Nice quiet place. I feel very safe here. All of the neighbors are nice people. Very convenient to everything. I can have my dog, that is important to me.
I love my apartment. The location is great and staff has been great. My only issue is the rent. My rent increased when I resigned my lease (rent was already high) and there were no improvements made to the apartment. Also with the already pricey rent I feel some utility should be included.
