This is a good place to start.

They unfairly kept my security deposit and they knowingly allow pit bulls on premises even though its against they own policy.

I will recommend to live here its quiet and I never had a problem that did not get fixed. The staff is great and Heather Abrante' is super kind and very helpful... You call her and she gets right on the job..

I have lived here 15 years. When something goes wrong maintenance repairs it. Yes it may take a week for a part to come in but that's not their fault. We been very happy and the staff is wonderful . It's very safe here. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Dont forget they do the lawn care and snow removal which makes it alot easier on the residents.

I have lived here for almost a year and it started out good, but the new neighbors upstairs are noisy, constantly hearing bad language, banging going on all night, screaming and yelling it is awful. May have to move. I feel like I live in a dysfunctional family. be I can no longer have visitors because of the language my grandkids should not have to hear them. It would be embarrassing for me to have people over.

I have been jumping from apartment to apartment for almost 10 years now and I must say I LOVE Roberts Mill. It is currently my second year here and I wouldnt even consider being anywhere else. The location is great. Youre right next to cherry hill and Moorestown malls and a ton of other shopping/eating locations. The airport is about 15 minutes away. I couldnt ask for a better spot to live. Tons of storage space and i even have a basement belowmy apartment with my own washer and dryer! Friendly throughout and excellent amenities. Maintenance are always so nice and quick. I couldnt be happier here.
