We enjoy living here. The neighborhood is nice. There are very few problems that I am aware of. We enjoy the pool a lot in the summer. I wish it could stay open longer in September and that the lifeguards were more attentive. Townhouses are spacious. They give you warning in your mail slot when they are going to do general maintenance or when the township may be doing something like flushing hydrants.

Very nice apartment, for the price was a whole let better than most of the apartments that I ve seen between Willingboro and Maple Shade. Hope that I become one of the new residents in this community.

Horrible! They do let their tenants do whatever they want to do! Disgusting management, walls are paper thin! DO NOT MOVE here well if you have 1 500 credit score move in and do what you want!!!
