I love the walk in closets.
We enjoy living here. The neighborhood is nice. There are very few problems that I am aware of. We enjoy the pool a lot in the summer. I wish it could stay open longer in September and that the lifeguards were more attentive. Townhouses are spacious. They give you warning in your mail slot when they are going to do general maintenance or when the township may be doing something like flushing hydrants.
I would not recommend a person who is a nonsmoker, have asthma, babies or sensitive noses. I've been living here for over a year and cannot wait until my lease is up or I will be breaking it soon. A very nice lady moved in downstairs but smokes all day. I'm awaken by her smoking 3am, 4am and I smell it whenever she is home. My other names on the first floor cooks and their food smells horrible. I've complained many times for vent filters or to be relocated. Management never returns any urgent messages. Pretty much the entire staff I met when i signed my lease quit. I am so unhappy here. I plan on relocating. Other than not having no smoking apartments available and the horrible ventilation, the complex is clean. But if your concerned about your health, do not move here.
If you are thinking about moving in, think again. We cleaned out the bathroom fan and there was a ton of dirt in it. Called maitunence five times to fix my dryer. When it was finally fixed, they tore the linoleum putting it back. They came out, was here ten minutes, and received a call. Said they would be right back. Three days later I had to go to the office and complain, my floor was finally fixed then. Bathroom sink has cracks and stains. Mold in air vents. Asked when air filters for air conditioning unit and heater were changed, was told I needed to ask for that. Two out of three neighbors slam they're door every time they go in and out. No consideration for other people. Called office manager and she blew me off. Not even a sorry. If you care about your health, don't move in here. P.S. I will 've a former resident very soon.
Maintenance work orders used to be carried out with speed and importance now you have to harass to see what's going on with the work orders. As a 5 going on 6 yr resident I feel if my rent is increased every year and paid on time , the property upkeep should meet my satisfaction
