The apartment is in a nice location. I love the layout of the apartments. We need a more responsive management team and some general improvements, such as new grills and a dog park.
I feel as if the management team isn't very responsive to the residents' needs or concerns. They are polite and friendly, but I feel as if they do not follow through with a lot of things demanded by residents.
Although our move-in/leasing process wasn't very smooth, I will say the maintenance team quickly resolved our problems once we got through the management team. The overall aesthetics are great, the courtyards are pretty, and the general layout of the apartments make the square footage of a small apartment feel quick open and spacious. The location is amazingly convenient and tucked away from the busy roads just enough to feel quiet.
This is a great community to be apart of, not only for its amenities but the people that share this place are great too.
Compare with Previous management team (Avalon), overall processing has been improved, but i'm disappointed with your office team members. Nothing has been solved at first time when I have issues. Always made a mistake first time, then raise up the issue again and again. Also, not that Friendly. I felt like they are trying to control instead of supporting tenant. ex) A few days ago, I went to the office to replace the broken key, 3 crews were there, they seem like busy with taking care other customers, nobody asked me why i came down until they finish with other customers. Previous management team asked first even they are working with other customers, then gave me estimate time 5 mins or 10 mins. Even you open on Sunday, the employee is not helpful, only messenger to delver my complaints. Please think how you support the resident. Also, how do i escalate if your managers are not following up the issues?
