Once again our toilet is stopped up and after an hour, nobody showed up. I'll have to call a plumber or stay at a motel for the night.

No one calls you back and when you do speak get someone on the phone they are rude and nasty

It's a weekend and I'm waiting for the maintenence because my toilet is stopped up! Every time it snows, our plumbing gets stopped up. The maintenance did fix it the other day, but it's happening again. I've been waiting for almost an hour! If you move here be prepared to see cosmetic changes on the places and property, but the insides of this building stayed the same. This is not the first time that I gave up and stayed the night in a motel!
