I just woke up with a squirrel inches from my face probably about to scratch my eyes out. Nobody helps or cares. This mess is crazy, creepy and disgusting. Help!

The people in the office and maintenance could care less about any issues you may have, just make sure you pay your rent on time. Theres no grounds keeper and trash blows out the dumpster all the time and calling the office renders no immediate response. But let you be late on your rent and watch the late fee be added. There is a breeze way that I have to walk through daily that has trash and debris in it all the time. You call the office and they say what they have to for you to get off the phone and it just stays that way til someone cleans it 10-14 days later. These people were reasonable at one point, but now I see it was only because I was a new tenant.
