Location is unpleasant and rent is too high for such a place. Surrounded by factories and warehouse.

so small - ridiculously small - I don't think a queen bed could have side tables - They discounted a particular unit - when I walked in the common street door to 4 apartments - it smelled like an ashtray - clearly the in 1 of the other 3 apartments someone was a heavy smoker.
