      Weve stayed here since The One was open and we have been happy living here. All the people working at The One are friendly. Its a place we call home.

      Unfortunately this building was good but started declining in 2022. The hot tub during the summer routinely is out and not functioning. The Wi-Fi on amenity floors also often does not work which impacts residents ability to use the theater. The theater was also out for six months and management had a very hard time replacing the projector that was broken by a resident. The building flooded during the summer of 2023, which destroyed an elevator, and this is on top of the elevators routinely breaking. Residents are often stuck in the elevator with kids, pets and groceries. Its not uncommon to see a line of 15 to 20 people deep every night for the elevator. Apartment maintenance and doormen are good. The dry cleaner in the building is also great.

      I am appalled and deeply disappointed by the severe lack of responsibility displayed by the management of this building, which I am unfortunate enough to call home. On June 13th, a devastating water pipe burst in the trash room and 17P, leading to catastrophic flood damage that spread across the entire floor. The incident, which occurred in the wee hours of the morning, resulted in significant property loss for many residents, including myself. Despite an immediate report of the issue, the management showed a shocking level of indifference and didn't take immediate action, forcing residents to call 911 for help. For our part, we suffered a loss of thousands in value. Our personal belongings, from computers and hard drives to clothes, shoes, books, and furniture, were all ruined by the water, which stood 2.5 inches high on the floor. The distressing response from the building management? Despite the disruption to our lives and our inability to live comfortably in our own home, the management has refused to cover the cost of temporary accommodation or provide alternate lodging. Any attempts to engage them in conversation have been shut down. Furthermore, the aftereffects of the flood were felt throughout the building. False fire alarms were triggered due to water entering the fire room, and the elevators were non-functional for two days, causing severe inconvenience in a 32-story building! The communal amenities, including the gym and club room, remain closed until further notice. What is most upsetting is the lack of transparency and communication from the management. We have been left in the dark, uninformed about what steps are being taken to rectify the situation, and left to bear the losses on our own. This experience has exposed the severe failings of the management, demonstrating their complete disregard for residents' welfare. It is beyond unacceptable and displays a total lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency.

      We have been happy with this building which has nice larger apartments priced lower than many of the neighboring buildings, but were deceived by the building who told us & all the other tenants that they weren't going to building on the open land they own right across from the building. I just noticed some work taking place there & talked to the workers who are certain 3 new buildings are about to start construction yet the owners have still not told the leasing agents who have been repeating the same story. There is going to be a lot of noise from 9 to 5 M to F for a long time starting soon

      The parking is by LAS parking and the process is awful. LAZ parking is not responsible for different issues, not returning calls, not answering emails and the building management says is the 3rd party and we have no control. If I knew that parking is a mess at The one apartment, I never ever would have moved here!
