The parking is by LAS parking and the process is awful. LAZ parking is not responsible for different issues, not returning calls, not answering emails and the building management says is the 3rd party and we have no control. If I knew that parking is a mess at The one apartment, I never ever would have moved here!
The management office is unresponsive. During normal times, this is not the worst thing in the world, as you dont have to interact with them much. However, while in the midst of a pandemic, it has truly been an exhausting and terrifying experience to live somewhere where safety and the following of state executive orders are not taken seriously. NJ made the decision to have all gyms closed on 3/16/2020. After sending 3 emails to the management office over the 2 wks that followed that statewide decision and receiving a series of dismissive responses, I sent my last email informing the management office that I had no choice but to report them to the health department, and then did so. It was not until the department of health showed up on 3/31/2020 and shut down the gym and other amenities, were these shared spaces closed. This can be verified with the health department - there is a report documenting that an investigator that was sent to the One found the amenities open and had to shut them down on that date. Additionally, during the NJ COVID peak, there were some residents and staff who were getting on our elevators without masks. Despite numerous requests to have the building put up signs requiring masks in the elevator where its impossible to socially distance, the management office refused to address this until I escalated my complaint to the Director weeks after my initial request. Given the Ones history of blatant negligence and refusal to even adhere with the state executive orders, I do not trust that they have the ability to do even the minimum necessary to keep their residents safe during these scary times. I now refuse to use their amenities as a result of their series of negligent decisions. Despite this, they have refused to waive my amenity fee. It is no surprise that most of the residents on my floor have either moved out or are planning to move out soon. If I were in a position to do so, I would as well.
extremely rude management
Good door men , administrative staff a little bit indiferent. Control for Pet regulations fail constinuesly. Bad smell in halls from pets.Landlord attention on holidays, only once I did see good food , the rest not good events. Loyalty should be awarded with free rent , area is opening new building and the one should be competitive. Manteinace response for apartment was good.Thanks for your Services
Weve stayed here since The One was open and we have been happy living here. All the people working at The One are friendly. Its a place we call home.
