No, no, no, everything is sooooooo old! Ac units are a joke, elevators always broken, bathrooms are from the 1970's! The amenity fee is over $600.00 a year for everyone and all we have is a gym, and by the way people who don't live here use it, same with the filthy play room, every babysitter in town comes here, so if you live here but don't use it, you pay for it! I would not move here!!

Recent change in management has resulted in hostile attitude towards tenants and precipitous drop in services; parking garage is closed down although tenants are still being billed for their parking spaces) and there's no way to know how long this will continue; water is turned off for long periods of time with inadequate ( and sometimes no ) notice. Water pressure and hot water can take a day or more to come back after the water is turned back on); elevator service has become unreliable with elevators taken off line for as much as three weeks. Stay away!
