I really wish I knew how much noise I would hear from both the upstairs neighbors and the next door neighbors before moving in here. Management asked me to just call the front desk when there's noise. This is not a solution and I regret having moving into this building.

The building has a good environment, especially for kids. People in the building are very friendly, and if you have pets, they will love here.

from the first introduction to the leasing agent, we have had a stellar experience leasing and living here at the Madox. management has been nothing but friendly, helpful and accommodating. they handled the leasing process and any questions we had easily. the tour was great, the agent was lovely, patient and helpful. we love the boutique feel, the building style , features, amenities and cleanliness and the wonderful management and staff. it's the best living experience we've ever had.
