I've been a resident here for over a year now. The maintenance service here is SUPERB. As per my request, today maintenance person Kevin come to replaced the light bulb, and carefully checked the air conditioner and water heater. He offers hot water temperature tests for the kitchen and bathroom. Five stars out of five for the maintenance service.

I would not recommend Avalon Cove. I have stayed in a few communities before. All have been more responsive then here.
