It is unbelievable that no one calls back

Place is a dump mold everywhere bug infestations trying to find a parking spot is a hassle they charge ridiculous amount for rent for the biggest dump it makes no sense

Question. Is this place worth moving into?

When if first moved in Nov. 2018 I was disappointed because the apartment had not been cleaned properly and there were many issues that needed to be addressed. At one point I actually took the falling off screen door with instructions to how to put it up properly to the manager's office. That was then, since the new management started several months ago, the complex is a different place. There is a very competent and dependable maintenance supervisor who with his staff actually investigate what is causing the problem, then repairs, investigate problem and replace item if necessary. The management office has begun to hire contractors who know what they are doing Before the new management repairs were done on the cheap and therefore broke or fell apart within days. The new management has assigned parking spaces, mended sidewalks and is making an effort to spruce up the property that had obviously been neglected.. .I am very happy to be here, I have a one bedroom apartment with lots of light, room for a little garden and stainless steel kitchen appliances.
