My living experience is good. In general the management team is really professional. I love the fitness center. The leasing office has some good features. Close to Trader Joe's. Close to the bus stops to New York.

The Rivington has the potential to be an exceptional place to live but has fallen flat in many of these areas. Management has seemed to only get worse in my time living here. The turn-over in the leasing office amazes me. Calls/emails to the leasing office go unanswered all the time. It's rather frustrating to spend such a high amount in rent and then find it so hard to get in-touch with someone from the leasing office. Not only is it difficult to get ahold of someone in the office, but it's very common that each team member will relay different information. If there is a problem, solutions are hardly ever given and you'll just receive an apology. This has been very disappointing and has had a major part in me deciding if I want to renew with the Rivington after two years.

While the renovations are nice, the management and maintenance staff make this apartment building completely not worth it. I've never experienced working with such awful staff and have felt so unsafe in my apartment because of it. Do not live here. There are so many better options in the area that won't cause you the headache of having to deal with this staff.

I have nothing good to say until some remedy is made for both AC outages and a plan in place to handle any future occurrences because I'm losing confidence that this will not happen again.

I just moved in and am loving the shuttle bus service. It's great to know the shuttle will always be on time. We enjoy sitting on our balcony at night and looking at the NYC skyline. I cannot wait until the warmer months are here to enjoy the beautiful new courtyard.
