Worst management. Rude and disrespectful.

Luxury living at its best. Beautiful apartments with gorgeous hardwood floors. Free gym on site. Mary & Jackie are always ready to assist and answer questions. Truly professional and pleasant. The community is safe and well lit at night.

The landscaping is well kept, however, interior of buildings are not. The cleaning of the interior is rarely done and when it is, mediocre cleaning is performed and the interior of the building is not maintained. There are scuff marks, holes, etc. on the walls of the hallways and stairwell. Dirt and dust on the rails of the stairwell and floors. The stairwell, doors and windows are all dirty. Even when cleaned, it is subpar. I don't believe there is a cleaning staff. Other apts. I've resided in, there was cleaning staff cleaning the buildings everyday! Cleaning windows, stairwell, mopping, dusting, thorough detailed cleaning performed on a daily basis. This is not the case at The Merrriewold which is supposed to be luxury! The buildings are only a couple years old and it's sad to see it's beauty deteriorate due to lack of maintenance and cleanliness. As for neighbors, some are just dirty. On multiple occasions I've witnessed and seen urine in the hallways. Whoever this neighbor is, they're allowing their dog or dogs to urinate in the hallways and not cleaning after them. New neighbors are loud, allowing their toddler to walk around alone or on their balcony unsupervised etc. I feel this place maybe going downhill. Otherwise, leasing staff is great and the actual apts. are beautiful including the leasing office and grill areas.... those areas are just gorgeous. My recommendation, hire housekeeping and maintain the wear and tear of your buildings not just on the exterior but interior as well. As for the lack of cleanliness and class of neighbors, maybe send a memo to remind residents to clean after their dogs and to keep an eye on their children for their own safety.

I'm a ride-share driver who recently spoke to a merriewold resident. He said his apartment has had some flooring issues. As I understand it, the builder is fixing the problem either in the units under construction and/or existing ones. But I was surprised to hear that there have been issues since the development looks so nice

It's a very high class environment. Hopefully I'll be a part of that beautiful brand new community. I'm in love the beauty of it. Brianna G.
