First I will say that the maintenance men only can do what they are told to do by the office. So don't blame them if they have to say no to something. The office staff is always changing. They are polite and try to help but don't bother leaving a message with the answering service...it's a waste of time. I think it is ridiculous that we have to pay for water. The apartments are old...not much you can do with hearing your neighbors every step on the creaky floors and if they have kids...well you don't even want to stay in your own apartment anymore. My carpet is buckling which is embarrassing and annoying to look at. Had my place painted 3 years or less and the paint is cracking and is grayish on the ceiling and no one smokes here. The one good thing is they allow dogs and have new windows. Closet room sucks and the closet doors...never open and close correctly. The pictures you see are upgraded models. Not all apartments look like that at all. If you live below someone with washer and dryer unit then expect your sink to spit up water when they are doing close. Came home one day and my sink almost overflowed...disgusting. Planning to move. Owned by AION management. Good luck trying to complain to them...you can't.
They management is clueless, they never return phone calls or emails. We have been waiting on a part for our heater for 9 months, we have to turn it on manually via our baseboard because they are to cheap to order the part. Maintenance is here daily because the heater either doesn't turn off or on
