Do NOT rent here. You are better off paying more money for a nicer place. Have lived here over ten years and you can not get a parking space near your apartment. One apartment has 4 cars and instead of parking in front of the building they live in they park in front of the building across the parking lot and taking spaces from the people that actually live in the building. Meanwhile they are plenty of empty spaces in front of the building they live. There are no parking rules and you can NEVER park anywhere near your apartment. An elderly lady that has live at Mansfield Vlg. for over 20 years has requested for the last 5 years to have her porch replaced and they could not be the office and maintenance staff could not be the least interested. Now the porch which is on the second floor is in such a horrible state it is not even safe to walk on. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. Any other apartment complex is better even if it is more money.

I have lived here for 2 years & Omar & his team are the best. My lease expires the end of July 2021 & Im moving into a different apartment. Omar is making it possible for me to move to the new apartment with no hassles. I am very appreciative of Omar & his team.

I have been living in Mansfield Apt 584 since January. Beautiful area and wonderful apartment. But what has won me over is Omar and his impeccable staff! Since I have gotten here they have been nothing but excellent in their craft. Answering my calls fast and fixing things quicker than anyone I have seen. They are so friendly and make you feel right at home. If you move here you will be treated with high quality service. Omar your the best!
