The Pierre

The Pierre is ideal place if you are commuting to NYC. Plus the Pierre's location is perfect for shopping there are 3 major malls as well as Several restaurants all within a 10 mile radius. Pool.Community rm. inside mail svs. You won't go wrong considering the "Pierre" as your new home.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY. They are currently in the process of doing extensive concrete work on the parking deck and the garage. This results in constant, building shaking jackhammering from 8am to 4pm every weekday. It began about a year ago and is expected to continue through at least the end of this year. Management has offered no concessions for the inconvenience. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

No clue who wrote the last review but they could not be further from the truth. Yes the location is good but this building is falling apart. Its dirty and unkept. The building manager is rude and unprofessional. The hallways ware outdated and ugly. Security is a joke. Some Apts have hot water and some dont. Garage smells like gas and ventilation is non existent. Too cheap to turn on the fans. The garage floods when it rains and it takes days for the water to dry ( hence the fans). Stained carpets, chipped dirty tile floors, its disgusting. New laundry rooms are a joke and expensive. The list goes on and on. Go someplace else save yourself the aggravation.
