    You can hear EVERY. SINGLE. THING. Your neighbors are doing. There is ZERO insulation. I have lived in several different apts and this ones by far the WORST. Talking, walking, running, whistling, singing, the tv, yelling, you name it, you can hear it. When you are in the bedroom and your upstairs neighbors are talking upstairs, its so loud that it almost sounds like theyre right in your own living room. I have no idea why the review on google is 3.5. Ive lived here only 2 months and Ive already submitted tickets for multiple issues. The water in the kitchen sink would back up into mine when the upstairs neighbors used it, when I turned on the heat, it wouldnt turn off, water leaked from the bathroom ceiling and left big bubbles on the wall and nasty brown water stains on my sink. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want to go crazy!!

    Very poor maintaince. Management turn deaf ear to your problems like roaches. Pest control service is there but of no use. I would not recommend this to anybody.
