I loved living at Meridia Metro - the employees were always great to work with and I never had a problem getting a hold of them. Parking in the first floor garage is expensive and there are alternatives that I found better options.
Too expensive for what its worth. Location is great, building is nice, but not many staff to accommodate all the occupants and not overall a great place to live.
It is a building with a diverse community. Very friendly people. The staff is friendly maintenance is very quick and responsive. It is a very pet friendly building. I have lived here for two years and just signed another lease
Poor management, poor/no response to requests for call, elevator is slow and always broken, if youre locked out good luck getting anyone to let you in, laundry machines constantly eat money, paper thin walls, constantly over charges on rent (yet to hear back on when they will reimburse me, overall if you are going to pay $2000 for a room you can find far better deals for a better price in a better location. Dont fall for the hype.
If your foolish enough to sign on the dotted line, here is what to accept. Painfully slow elevators, that are often out of service. Fire alarms at All hours of the night. Nasty management who are completely useless. Don't go by the planted good reviews by the leasing agent. Also, paper thin walls due to shoddy construction. Don't buy into the hype about location, as there are MANY other options in the immediate area.
