What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Guttenberg

Unique is the people so friendly most are family favorite place would be burgerline ave shopping is convenient and the Piers where I. Like going with family and friends

The best part I love about living in my neighborhood is being able to walk literally to anything. Restaurants are you sure park are awesome steps away. Transit transportation. Also walking distance. If you go into New York and I want to drive

It's close to lots of different types of businesses, I like that I can visit different coffee shops. I like Dunkin' Donuts, CVS, and a vegan restaurant.

The view of the NYC skyline is the best thing about living here and the reason for the expensive rent. I do enjoy walking my dog near the waterfront (Hudson River) and there are several retailers within walking distance for groceries, liquor, desserts, restuarants, and services.

Shops and restaurants also the store and supermarkets near me we have a lots of pharmacies around the neighborhood

It is very quiet in my neighborhood and at night I can go out on my lawn and see all the stars. There are lots of birds to see and a creek runs through my property.
