What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Garfield

Very quiet neighborhood not a busy long street. But, grocery store is only walking distance. It's not far from grocery stores and major department stores but it's quiet when you turn into our street

Close to park and also close to MRT system. Also hospital also near by and shopping area just 10 mins drive.

It is a diversified community. It's comprised of white, asian and latino families. We'd like go walking to the nearby parks.

Quieter, availability of multiple cuisines from different restaurants, I would like to visit nearby restaurants with my family and friends.

Love my neighborhood it's very safe lots of kids playing outside you can walk to parks grocery store convenient store

There is a park within the neighborhood. It is secluded and quite enough that no suspicious people come in. I like the local thrift store.
