the apartment itself is like no other I have seen. Having a full basement with a giant bonus room is amazing! It's like being in my own house. Plus the new express bus service that is exclusive to our development is a dream come true.

The apartment I live in has a loft, 2 bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. The layout is good. I have had no problem with the staff or getting anything fixed so far. The biggest problem is the noise. If you like hearing your neighbor above or below you talking, running the shower, flushing the toilet, filling up the washer with water or walking around the apartment, this is the place for you. You hear way too much. I wouldn't have moved here if I had known how bad the noise situation was. I'm making the best of it for now. I actually can hear one of my neighbors snoring.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I currently live in the Green Hill community. This is anything but "Luxury" as they claim it is. We moved in, the apartment was not in proper working order. Maintenance is extremely poor and does not care what problems you are having. Since we moved in a few months ago, I see that rent has gone up $100. Everyone I speak to whose lease is up, is not continuing to live here, there are multiple empty units that are not being filled due to the poor quality and high cost of this establishment. The only upside to this community is the fact that each unit has either a basement (which smells highly of mildew) or a loft- and many people use the loft or basement as an extra bedroom. So multiple people are living out of a 1 bedroom apartment. STAY AWAY!! There are plenty of better complexes in the area. The leasing office is absolutely terrible, they do not care about you, only your money. Any positive review that you see most likely comes from the apartment management department trying to get people to rent these sub-par apartments. Additionally, the waste management company comes to remove the trash and leaves garbage everywhere to blow in the wind and go all over the place- nothing is done to pick this up!! The landscapers do not care about the garbage and just mow right over it, tearing it to shreds. When my current lease is up I WILL NOT be renewing! I am running out of here as fast as I can.

I wouldn't even give this place one star. Please consider all the reviews posted. Maintenance is short staffed. As much money they charge to live in this so called "luxury" apartment is not worth anyone paying that price for rent. When I came here 4 years ago for a tour, I thought what a great place to live but once I was in, I could not believe the headache. I tried to tough it out but it just got worst instead of better. Property Management is too cheap to hire more maintenance staff. All I kept hearing is we're short staffed. That's not my problem or worry. It is not my responsibility to empathize. I am not receiving charity. If property management did not receive the rent on time, they wouldn't accept my excuses as to why I can't pay rent. I would be assessed a fee or told to vacate if I cannot pay. So with that said, why do they (Garden Communities, Property management, or anyone in affiliation) treat tenants as if they are doing them favors. People are moving out and not staying.
