Maintenance is the one of the best!
The complex is close to the center of Chatham, maintenance team is very responsive to any issues that come up. That being said, the rent is high for what it is, it is in Florham Park, not Chatham, but a remote part of Florham Park, a few miles from the rest of the town.
The property is nice, relative to other properties nearby, and is well maintained as expected. For the price, I would expect a little more (nicer appliances and fixtures, but it's a nice place to stay.
Snow removal has been pretty good, but it could be a little better. There's not much of a buffer between floors, so I can hear my upstairs neighbor loudly sometimes. The appliances are average at best, and guest parking is very limited. Altogether though, I really like Riverbend and would recommend living here.
Apartments are very drafty in the winter from the windows being poorly insulated. Over priced for the size of the unit
