I'm interested in an 2 bedroom apartment but nobody has contacted me back. I've been trying for weeks.

I have been living here for 3 years and cant wait to leave. Where should I start. The apartments are way to small. There is no closet space. There are no amenities for this apartment complex. The apartments are old and run down. They have the heat up way to high. The big issue here is rats and mice, yes I said rats and mice. They are all over the place. We had a mice problem and told management about it. They came 2 days later to put traps down, and than 2 days later the exterminator came. Have not seen any droppings anymore or seen anybof those nasty little things after that. But sure enough one night while using the bathroom, you can hear them crawling behind the bathroom walls. Not only do you hear them behind the walls you also see them running all around outside around dumpster and running under peoples caes and hiding. Management knows and have done nothing about this. Some of the neighbors and I have seen them running around and there are a lot. Bathroom is old and needs to be updated. They are updating apartments with new appliances but i feel these apartments need to be gutted and remodeled. If you are looking for a place, I do not recommend this place. Please look elsewhere.

Walls and floors are thin. You can hear everything in apartment below or above you. They do not enforce the policy of having floors carpeted. Not enough parking.
