I am staying more than 4 years but last management changed and its worst the maintenance request is not done fast and they had leak in the pipe and my carpet was flooded with water but near change the carpet or not coming to seal the carpet I have to small kids so many times called and so rude with all this high rent but management is sucks

The apartment was nice but for the price of which they were asking it was entirely too small. For the asking price of $2250.00 a month you would be paying for the location of the apartment rather the apartment itself.

This place reeks of Indian food in the hallways to the point it seeps into your rental unit. Some people will try to say that this is being discriminatory, but it really lowers the quality of apartment life and "peaceful enjoyment" in your own home when you have to smell someone else's cooking to the point it makes you nauseous in your own $2300-$2500 rental home. There is nothing wrong with ethnic cooking, I do it myself. But I am mindful to open windows or to make sure it doesn't leave my own apartment to the point where it makes others in the same complex sick/where the odor is going into someone else's rental unit. It's a frustrating thing to deal with. Another thing is that there are tons of people illegally parking in the resident lots who do not have resident stickers. People will have tons of people over taking up all the parking spots or non Fair Lawn Common residents from elsewhere will park in the community's parking lots so that they can walk to the train station in the morning from there and not have to pay train parking. The office never answers their phone, only whenever they feel like it. Otherwise, they just ignore it and push it to voicemail. They are also constantly closing before their regular "office hours". This place was nice a few years ago, but has gone way downhill over the years. Patiently waiting to move out ASAP.
