What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Fair Lawn

We live in a very suburban town where everyone knows their neighbors and there are a lot of restaurants all over town and a lot of strips to walk and go to eat

Tree lined streets cleanliness of the neighborhood, shop and stores very accesible family friendly neighborhood

It's unique in how close the apartments are to lots of local shops- bakeries, small produce, pharmacies, and a few restaurants and banks. My favorite local business is the small grocery store near my apartment and a local butcher next door. I like going to restaurants and bars with family and friends, or ill just go to their houses since this is suburbia and thats where people spend their time here.

everything is walkable. gorceries, drugstores and schools are all in walkimg distance. town takes care of itself.

It is located close to excellent local businesses and restaurants. It is very quiet during the day and evening hours.

Have great restaurants only a short drive away. We have a small local park only blocks away and they're built all around the town
