These one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes offer easy access to schools, shopping, and entertainment. If you're a commuter, Brookfield Gardens is only minutes from routes 95, 295, 195, 29, and the NJ Turnpike. With all that we have to offer, you'll want your new home to be at Brookfield Gardens. Stop by and have a look for yourself, we are sure you will like what you see. The apartment complex is far enough from the main road which makes it a part of the neighborhood (it has a quiet and friendly environment).
Not so nice. Grounds are not well kept, Apt small, nothing special. Did not like.
The Apt is small, not much for the money. Grounds are awful.
I would never recommend anyone living here.
1)Neighbors are very very rude. They don't even smile and always talk rudely.
2) The worst, people steal here. They took away out car seats of my two kids and also a courier package that was inside our car with other few things costing us a loss of $1000.
3) kids are not good in manners. When my toddler asked a girl to play with him, she started beating him.
4) Management is rude too. All of a sudden water started coming out when we flushed the toilet. We tried to use the declogger but it didn't help. There was no emergency number. Next day when we called, the management was rude to us saying " TENANTS SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT TO DO IN SUCH SITUATIONS"
VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE APTS.
